Warranty Policy & Customer Claims for Defects

Customers are entitled to submit warranty claims only after inspecting the delivered goods and notifying the Supplier in writing of any defects without delay. Upon request, the defective product or component must be made available for inspection by the Supplier.

A product is considered defective if it fails to meet the specifications, functionality, or performance standards agreed upon at the time of purchase. Warranty claims apply only to defects that affect the intended operation or usability of the product. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, or unauthorized use is not covered under warranty.

Warranty claims do not apply to minor imperfections that do not significantly affect the product’s performance, value, or functionality. Normal industrial tolerances, including slight differences in dimensions, weight, color, or finishing, are also excluded from warranty coverage.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or operation
  • Incorrect assembly by the Customer or third parties
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Negligent handling or maintenance
  • Use of unsuitable operating materials or replacement parts
  • Chemical, electrical, or environmental factors beyond the Supplier’s control
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations

If a valid defect is confirmed and all warranty conditions are fulfilled, the Supplier reserves the right to either repair the defective item or provide replacement parts free of charge.

The Supplier will cover the cost of replacement parts only. Transportation, shipping, installation, labor, and related service costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. Any replaced components become the property of the Supplier.

Inspection & Repair Access. The Customer must provide the Supplier with reasonable time and access required to inspect, repair, or replace defective products or components. Failure to provide such access may release the Supplier from liability for any resulting consequences.

Unauthorized Repairs & Modifications. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from repairs, modifications, or alterations performed without prior written approval from the Supplier.

Any unauthorized repair or modification carried out by the Customer or a third party may void the warranty coverage.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty period is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of the final invoice issued by the Supplier.
